Shopper : Can it print in BLACK ONLY, if the color toner is exhausted?EDNA W : This problem has not come up for me so far but yes, i would think it could print in black as long as you are not out of black toner. You may have to specify 'black' print before printing, if what you are trying to print is in 'color'.JOHN M : Yes it defaults into black when color is empty. Happy with purchase

Love the printer so far. The one I got from adorama broke after I printed 9 sheets if paper, but Dell replaced in less than one week. New printer seems to be working great so far.

Fast, good quality output, easy set up

Mixed reviews like most items, but thought I'd mention my experience was great - super easy set up to get on wifi just by using the buttons on top. My Win8 laptop saw it and could use it right away, my daughter's Win7 Student Edition needed the install CD but that went easy too. The output is better than my color laser for photos and drawings etc. but not quite as sharp on the text, but the text is still super! Only used it a few times so can't speak to long term viability or consumables but so far so good!

Great price, simple set up, nice printer

Was super simple to connect to my wifi and the quality of the color printouts looks very good. Would recommend for any budget minded person (home or business). Cannot vouch for long term use though, just got it!
