Works great!
Great print quality with color and black and white. Fast printing and good connectivity options though wifi was a little difficult to set up. One thing to note is that the paper try is not all internal as pictured here. The lower section of the printer flips out with the ream of paper sticking out 2-3 inches on the front of the printer. Works well but not as compact as I would like.

Works fine for plain printing, but won't feed heavier stock
This works great if all you're doing is plain paper printing. The toner cartridges seem to last a reasonable amount of time.
However, the feeder does not work for less conventional surfaces like cardstock or transparency. So, if you mainly print documents, it's fine. If you want to print brochures, invitations, cards, etc., look elsewhere.

PERFECT FOR SMALL OFFICE WORKS GREAT!!!!
We have a small accounting firm and I got this printer maybe 4 months ago. Right now it's just my wife and I. Before we have an ink jet printer. SLOW. Now I'm not going to lie This isn't the fastest printer in the world but its pretty quick. I have printed over a hundred pages in just few minutes.
The functionality works really well and setting up was easy. It's features are advanced enough that I can perform any small office printing needs I have. If you want you can even set it up to email you errors or if the ink is low. great for IT management, if needed.
When I first got the printer it came out of the box broken I called dell and they replaced it almost over night. The replacement is working amazing!

Works, but works loudly.
This replaced an older HP Laserjet 1012 for my home printer, so review is going to compare to that.
Overall: it works well and as described. OSX 10.6x and Windows 7 both have no problems installing or printing to this printer sitting on our wireless network.
Warm-up time from sleep is acceptable, if somewhat slower than the HP 1012 - feels like 15 to 30 seconds - and print speeds are on-par. Print quality (for the 10 or 15 pages I've done through it) is fine.
Cons:
1) Obnoxious high-pitched skreek while printing. I would really HATE to have this sitting in my office if I had to run print jobs frequently.
2) Dell's Android app seems fairly useless - it can find the printer and queue jobs, but those jobs never print as the printer never wakes up from "sleep" in response to jobs from the app (works fine for Windows/OSX, though).
3) Paper cover/bypass tray isn't the easiest thing to get seated.
