In my resume writing & business plan development business, I can only accept 100% perfect color laser printing, and I certainly don't have the time to make adjustments or repairs with the printer. Also, if you ever do have an issue, they have a great 800 number for solutions. My Dell 3130cn and the High Capacity Toners are quite simply the best I have ever had. I have calculated the per page price, and Dell is very economical. At this point, I will only use Dell due to the quality, reliability, and cost.

The toner cartridge arrives promptly after placing an order, and is easy to install, works great with no problems, and return of the empty cartridge is easy. My only complaint is that the spent cartridge must be returned in a very short time range to avoid a charge. This means that the printer must have commpletely used up the toner before a new cartridge can be ordered, meaning that you will have several days without use of the printer after the cartridge runs out and shuts down the printer, and before the new cartridge arrives. It is often possible to run hundreds of copies after first being notified that the cartridge is close the the end of its life. It would be nice to have a more accurate notification of when the cartridge is within a few copies of "end of life", and more days to return the spent cartridge.

I have been a Dell customer for over 6 yrs. I have a small business and have been using 2 Dell 3130cn laser printers. I have only ordered my ink from Dell as I know of no other place to do so. I ordered my ink early enough to avoid running out. I received my ink cartridges as usual, but they did not work. I carried all 3 ($400.00 worth 60 miles to my home office and tried my other 3130cn laser printer and they didn't work on that either. Obviously it is the cartridges. After daily calls to Dell Customer Care for a week, someone finally took my complaint and sent new cartridges....these also don't work. I have spent over 2hrs on the phone with Dell Customer Care and still have not reached satisfaction. Now I have 2 3130cn printers from Dell and cannot print because they don't make cartridges for it that work. NO I would not recommend this or any Dell product to anyone. Thank you!

The toner is fine, but the box and pacaging are missing any note of the color. You must know what H515 is. Fine for me, but our users are never going to remember. Right now I'm finding boxes opened with the innner bag opened to see what color it is. This allows light to get to the imaging drum. The Dell 3100 toner is not only marked what color is in the box, but the print is done in the color of the toner. You need to follow this example.

I tried ordering aftermarket cartridges and had all sorts of quality problems. The Dell version has been trouble free so far.

These high-yield Dell replacement toner cartridges work as expected. The DELL printer that uses this consumable replaces an old OKI brand color laser that we purchased at Staples....It seems to me that the consumables cost about the same for both brands, however, I like the DELL unit much better than the OKI because of the duplexer...and the fact that when the drum failed on the OKI brand printer the replacement drum was almost as much as the printer itself cost....Hopefully the DELL will last longer than that OKI unit. I've burned through about six toner carts and....still going strong.

This memory helps a lot. It stores all of my printings in the printer. I would highly recommend this product with the 3130cn printer!

Switched from an HP printer (that I loved to a Dell printer (that I love even more). Quality is exceptional. One thing to keep in mind - printer will warn you very early on that your toner is getting low. It worried me the first time because I thought I wasn't going to get the usage promised. You do. The early notice is nice because it gives you plenty of time to place and receive an order.
