Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong color and canceled within the first minute of ordering only to discover that they did not cancel my order. When I called back they told me that they would recall the package which they did, But then they want to charge me a restocking charge. I never agreed to this, plus I ordered it before it should have been shipped. I'm still getting the runaround and haven't received my Dell's cash back yet after 2 weeks. Terrible terrible customer service. I've wasted over two and a half hours dealing with this stupid issue. Shame on you Dell!!

Magic of Magenta
My Dell printer was in need of a replacement. After replacing my magenta toner along with the cyan toner, my printer's quality was drastically improved.

Difficuliy with speech
The product was great as always. I has a very difficult time understanding your representative due to his accent I has ro continually ask him what he said.

I bought what I needed
Since this product can not be bought any where else I have no choice to buy but from Dell. Believe when I tell you I tried, I really tried I have settled on the price you charge, which I think is way out of line. Its either that or get a different printer, which at this rate it won't be long.
