The system works well, though you have to know what the system is. That is not really easy to find out. It has, on the other hand, become easier to find out how to get a prepaid label to return the empty cartridge. Just Google it. Why they don't include the label in the package, I do not know.

I love the easy directions and installation process and the return label you can place right on the box and feel good about not just throwing the old one way. It would be nice if they were smaller but I really don't have any complaints!! I buy them for everyone in the office!

This toner cartridge is advertised to yield 2000 pages. I use it to print documents only. I do not print photos, maps, or anything that would require a greater-than-normal quantity of toner. This toner cartridge began running low of toner and print quality degraded at ~1300 pages. I managed to squeak an additional ~500 pages out of it by removing the toner cartridge and shaking it from time-to-time. Ultimately, the faded type/print became unbearable. I replaced it at 1889 pages when I could not stand it any more..

I have not had very good results. Some do ok, others I have gotten less than 1000 sheets. Someone needs to check to make sure they are being filled properly.

I don't think I have gotten 2,000 pages out of this toner. Perhaps 1,000 pages at the most. I get this one for the recyling aspect but maybe I should buy the more expensive one??
