Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong color and canceled within the first minute of ordering only to discover that they did not cancel my order. When I called back they told me that they would recall the package which they did, But then they want to charge me a restocking charge. I never agreed to this, plus I ordered it before it should have been shipped. I'm still getting the runaround and haven't received my Dell cash back yet after 2 weeks. Terrible terrible customer service. I've wasted over two and a half hours dealing with this stupid issue. Shame on you Dell!!

Great Product.
In the 8 years I've owned my Dell Inspiron and Laser Printer, I've always ordered Dell Toners from the Dell Company. I always get the order filled and they are at my door very quickly, and everything is handled expeditiously. I've never had a toner with problems, issues or failure. I change when the system says the one installed is done, and put the new one in, and I'm back in business. Quality product, and fast service. I'm sold by performance and experience.
