Review of Dell 24 Touch Monitor - P2418HT
Dell 24 Touch Monitor - P2418HT everything as advertised with all needed cables/manuals ready to go in nicely packaged kit. This is not one of the standard monitors I order for my clients however a touch screen was requested as a special use case for electronic signing.

Good monitor!
This monito is great for a business environment. Between the touchscreen and the integrated USB 3 dock, it makes it simple to plug into a computer and not run out of ports.
The touchscreen seems to be accurate and allows multi-touch so that you can zoom in/out on supported applications.
My least favorite aspect is the stand. It works well, but the monitor arm swings up and down from a pivot point on the base. It works well, but if you are lining it up next to another monitor, when you change the height, it move in/out. If you plan on using it next to another monitor, please take this into consideration. Otherwise, it works as designed!

It has speakers
The monitor works well. I use it as my second screen. I didn't know it had speakers built in. If your using VoIP communications some software can't distinguish your primary and secondary speakers. I will need to figure this out as it has nothing to do with the monitor.

Excellent product for me phenomenal
All I can say is wow my production went up 100%. Yes my two Dell laptops are touch screen also but having a monitor like this one on your desk really makes a huge difference. Great product I highly recommend it specially when you're on a computer most of day reviewing contracts. Thanks Dell

Sped up approvals
This monitor has helped us in our planning department. With the touch screen ability we can allow our clients to adjust their plans on the fly while we review them so that they are within code. This has sped up our approval process significantly.

Works after frustrating setup
After 2 weeks of fussing with cables and Windows 11 Settings, the monitor works as expected. The base makes it very heavy, I guess so it won't wobble when using the touch screen. This is good on a desktop but not on a monitor arm. To make the touchscreen work, it requires a video cable AND a data cable which was not explained in the QuickStart guide. It also requires Windows settings to allow the popup keyboard to open when tapping into data fields. Long story short...better documentation from Dell would have saved me hours of setup time and frustration.

Dell touch monitor P2418HT
This monitor is large and responsive, great picture quality and interaction. Worked flawlessly with little to no effort to get it set up. Stand is heavy and sturdy, worked well. Wish it had slightly better means for position adjustment, but if it isn't being moved a lot, this is a great touch screen monitor option! Price for quality is great.

Dell 24 Touch Monitor
Great touchscreen monitor. Liked it so much I ordered a second one. I had trouble getting both touchscreens to work, until I found that the USB cables (that carry the touchscreen data) need to be hooked into two separate USB busses (think front and rear on a tower computer). The articulating mount is super. Really good brightness for a touchscreen. Highly recommended.

Very sharp and clear monitor. A cut above my previous monitor. Glare-free screen works flawlessly. Completely eliminates the need to apply other glare-free laminates. Touch panel works nicely. I was unaware that the USB cable must be connected to the computer for touch panel to work. Not clear in instructions.

Quality monitor. Recommend with kids.
Bought this for the kids so they can do some of their educational software/websites. The touchscreen works as well as well as any tablet or smart phone - including the pinch or expand to zoom. Monitor is bright enough and the provided cable routing options help keep it looking nice considering all of the connections you potentially have in the back. Having the extra USB ports is nice since you can just plug a webcam and speakers directly into the monitor and have less wires dangling.
Probably deserves a 4.5 star but that option isn't there. My knocks on the monitor are that it can't go perfectly upright, there is no internal speaker/webcam. The stand can accomodate the Dell sound bar, but only if you mount it backwards.

24 Inch Touch Monitor Great for Cafeteria Point of Sale Setup
We recently purchased new Dell Computers and 24 inch Touch Monitors to refresh all of the cafeterias in our school district. Our cafeteria staff loves this new monitor as it's multiple oreintations makes it very easy for them to use. The also like the 24 inch screen as opposed to using a traditional Point of Sale system, as they can see and touch each option much easier. We have gone as far as sent the specs for this setup to other schools in our state who have asked about refreshing their cafeteria Point of Sale systems.

Excellent touchscreen monitor
Nice crisp display. Stand is very configurable, from almost flat to normal monitor setup in a flash. Very happy with this monitor. Works for my specific use case perfectly.

Solid touchscreen
Has been reliable and responsive. Now using multiple of these together. Wish picture quality was a little better but it's a good touchscreen monitor. I would recommend.

Great screen, installed without hassle
