Delayed getting a higher resolution monitor too long.  At this price, I decided to skip 4k and go to this 5 k monitor.  The picture is amazing and shows far more detail than I imagined possible.   I will be doing more photo enlargements as a result of seeing my photographs more accurately on this monitor.   It was plug and play into my 2013 Mac Pro running Sierra.     The standard  typeface size is excellent and can be changed if you prefer it larger or smaller.  Only fly in the ointment is coming out of sleep mode once, the monitor changed resolution which I could only resolve  by unplugging it and rebooting the computer.  Hasn't happened since.    5K is so detailed, I wish larger 5k monitors were available.  I would use two 5k monitors if this computer could support it.  Get it if your computer can support it.
