I was tired of using my iPhone or shoot and record so I'd been researching the OP3 for about a month. I initially made the purchase with Amazon, a signature was needed upon receiving the device but Amazon and stated that a delivery attempt was made, but my camera was never received. I went through a back-and-forth with Amazon for about a week and was very irritated because I needed this device in very short period of time for an upcoming trip, so while my return was in limbo at Amazon, I turned to Adorama. Excellent customer service no fuss at all, my camera was delivered in the time expected. The features on this thing are amazing. I'm still a rookie so I can't give technical review, but I took the camera with me to shoot some footage at the new universal epic resort and I am blown away with the quality.

Love this for outdoor shots and bts but there are two things that can be improved. One is better low light capabilities, and when I mean low light I mean slightly dim indoors will make the dynamic range suffer a bit. The one main grip, now this is it and I wish there was a manual override of the setting on the auto face tracking. Auto face tracking places the person face right smack dead in the middle of the viewfinder instead of placing the face slightly towards the upper portion of the frame. -One of the a places I use the Osmo is during weddings when the bride is walking down the isle and I shooting the Osmo blind while taking still photos simultaneously, but it always cuts the lower half of peoples bodies into 3/4 length bodies, I have to manually push the joy stick to compensate and then review my video and throw out all the unusable 3/4 length clips that wont look good in a final video, and there's no way around this, add in teh ability to override the standard tracking position please!

I've been using this setup for around a month, and I can confidently say it's worth it. I film our installations and create ads for our advertising platforms for our business. The gimbal makes the video appear extremely professional. I've also picked up extra accessories like a tabletop tripod, a short base , and a magnetic cage to simplify usage by allowing me to attach it to metal surfaces.

best small pocket camera was using my iPhone but wanted a dedicated camera and this is it small enough to go in the pocket but with better quality than my phone

I bought this for my wife to use in marketing her business. We took it with us on a trip to the Bahamas to learn how to use and I am impressed. The pictures, as you can see are good, but the video is even better. I had to take away a star because there were times that the gimble was hard to get leveled when taking pictures, so you spend more time adjusting as opposed to just leveling the camera.

I've never had an easier time recording. My step father races motorcycles, so sometimes having to pull out my bigger cameras on a whim can be a bit difficult, and having to run to different parts of the track can be a bit tedious. This thing lets me just whip it out, turn it on, and go. You do need to be a bit more cautious with it, it feels a bit delicate, but the portability is incredible.

I purchased the Osmo Pocket 3 as a travel companion for vacations just to capture some different footage. I'm primarily a photographer and a complete novice when it comes to video so I figured this might be a good starting spot to mess around with video production. I previously used a GoPro for vacation footage and while I really enjoyed having moments to look back on most of it wasn't very useful for actually compiling into videos. With the Pocket 3 I'm able to grab really high quality footage and it's compact size has meant that I've been more inclined to pull it out of my pocket vs. my mirrorless cameras. It also feels a lot more natural to carry and use than holding up an iPhone. I know I'm probably leaving a bit on the table when it comes to the power of this camera, but as a novice and someone who wants to continue to learn, it's awesome knowing I have a tool that is powerful enough to get good footage now but is also something I can continue to learn and grow my skills with.

Got this as a way to quickly grab videos and record memories on the trip. The experience is different from using the phone and won't drain the battery of your phone as quickly

I have owned a DJI Pocket previously but I am blown away by the improvements on this model. From the quality of the video to the ease of the controls. DJI has managed to include features and controls that once required a handful of different accessories (that would end up costing you more money) into this model. Tracking focus is outstanding for content creators who don't have a camera person following them around. Also the addition of a battery pack/handle extender that you can attach directly to a tripod or light stand. On top of that, the wireless mic that automatically connects to the camera when you turn it on allows you to capture crisp and clear audio even when in windy outdoor conditions

This thing is just amazing. Amazing horizontal flip screen. Low light performance is nuts for this size of a camera. I have a minor defect in the extended battery where it makes a squeaky noice when moving however I'll just exchange it. Other than that, build quality and feel is just wonderful.

Having owned the Pocket 1 for more than three years, I utilized it as a supplement to my other action cameras. I passed on the pocket 2 since there wasn't much of a change that would be useful to me. I started looking for the video review as soon as I saw the first ones appear on release day. This product is insane. Amazing flip screen that is horizontal. It's crazy how little light this small of camera can capture. I will go get one once available.
