For me a necessary addition

The accessory battery charger comes with two additional batteries for the DJI Osmo Action camera, adding about two hours to total recording time. The downside is that the batteries charge sequentially instead of simultaneously -- a minor annoyance.

DJI Osmo Action Battery Charging Kit

Great little charging station for the DJI Osmo Action Camera. Even though the Osmo has a pretty good battery life you can always use extra batteries charged and ready to go.

A must have

A must have for the DJI osmo action. On a full day one battery doesn’t cut it recording 4K. It’s really smart about which batteries it charges too it starts with the highest charged and prioritizes that one. Mine didn’t come with a cable which is weird but I used the one that cane with the osmo action.

Do not support MOST USB-C charger

I have tried this charging kit with Anker USB-C quick charger, Apple 18 type-C charger, even the type-C port on the RTX2080(which charging my phone and iPad pretty fast), none of them are working. On the label, it says the hub supports 12V1.5A as input but I guess you can only charge the batteries at 5V1A without the specific DJI charger. NOT VERY HAPPY that I have to buy an extra charger when I already many.

Does not work with most cables and chargers

I've tried several different USB-C cables and power sources, but it will only work with USB-A to USB-C cables and a USB-A port/charger. USB-C cables and chargers do not work at all. Something is completely broken in the design of the electronics.

Great kit for action owners

The extra batteries worked as expected. Same runtime as the original Osmo Action batteries. The charger has a nice feature to check battery capacity without having it plugged into the wall which is handy
