This battery V2.0 hopefully will last longer then my original DJI batteries. I was only able to get 9 and 12 charges out of my V1.0 batteries before they became swollen and shorted out! So far with this battery I've got great flight times so only time will tell

DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter

Its hard to beat the original. Dont buy the knock offs or you could end up with a dud cell. These LIPO's get warm when drained so I always let them cool off before I recharge them. Not sure if it makes a difference on the recharging performance or not.

The DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter Battery is a 5200 mAh, 11.1 V lithium-polymer battery for Phantom 2 Quadcopters including the Phantom 2 with GoPro mount and Phantom 2 Vision. It slots into an opening the tail of the Phantom 2 Vision Quadcopter and features four LEDs that display remaining capacity. Power management is handled internally meaning the battery doesn't require a separate balance lead to control charging. Because it features its own power regulation, the Phantom 2 Quadcopter Battery is only suitable for use with the Phantom 2 Charger.
