Items we sell are NEW unless otherwise indicated.Edward D : They were shipped in a DJI carton and charged and discharged the same as the one that was originally shipped with the Phantom, so I have no reason to believe that they were not new.
Shopper : My battery came in a brown box with no plastic protective covers of any sort. Are these refurbished or pre-owned? it did not state this on the site when I purchased.TIFFANY S : It is new. Good strong battery

It holds a charge for at least a 20 minute flight, I got this as a back up so I can swap out and fly for over a half hour without recharging. Takes about an hour and 45 minutes to recharge fully. I like the charge indicator light on the battery.

What a great battery pack

This battery pack will discharge itself to save from building a memory and not working properly. It also has an on/off switch and battery indicator.

Extra power

I think the flight time is pretty impressive. The price is pretty high though, but they do they job. Gotta have extras.

purchased authentic DJI battery and life is good again. BTW they are a DJI authorized reseller

Had been looking for deals on original DJI parts for my Phantom 3 Standard. Not much luck. As a matter of fact I bought an extra battery from one online store claiming it as an authentic DJI battery--NOT SO! After a little investigating found that it was not a DJI authentic battery. When it came the LEDs were very dim and the writing was different. Finally found Adorama, purchased authentic DJI battery and life is good again. BTW they are a DJI authorized reseller.

Amazing battery, more you have better you will manage flies with your Phantom

The battery which brings the power to the DJI Phantom 3 Pro. The genuine, it's a way the best to have, and to have not only 2, you need more or your experience to fly will be too short. I have 5 now, and I can really spend time to practice, do video and photo when I want, as long I want. And you?

Supporting up to 23 minutes of flight time, the battery also has built-in sensors and bright LEDs that let you know the status and remaining power of your battery in real time.

Charging the Battery
• Batteries must be charged using a DJI approved adapter. DJI takes no responsibility if the battery is charged using a non-DJI charger. Never leave the battery unattended during charging. Do not charge the battery near flammable materials or on flammable surfaces such as carpet or wood.
• Do not charge battery immediately after flight, because the battery temperature may be too high. Do not charge the battery until it cools down to near room temperature. The battery cannot be changed outside of the temperature range of 0 deg. C-40 deg. C.
• Charge and discharge the battery completely once every 20 charge/discharge cycles. Discharge the battery until there is less than 8% power or until it can no longer be turned on, then recharge it to the maximum capacity. This power cycling procedure will optimize the battery life.

Battery Storage
• Dispose of the battery into specific recycling boxes only after a complete discharge. Do not place the battery into regular rubbish bins. Strictly follow your local disposal and recycling regulations of batteries.
• If the power on/off button of the Intelligent Flight Battery is disabled and the battery cannot be fully discharged, please contact a professional battery disposal/recycling agent for further assistance.
