The landing gear is designed to protect your Phantom's camera and shell during landing and also provides a stable platform when the aircraft is not in use. This set is only compatible with the Phantom 3 Standard and can be replaced if damaged. A compass is built into the landing gear. In the case that you need to replace the compass, you will need to first open the shell of the aircraft. If you are replacing the landing gear but do not want to replace the compass, then first remove the compass from the new landing gear, mount the new landing gear to the aircraft and attach the old compass into the new landing gear.
