Insecure Connection - Doesn't Stay Locked to the Ronin S
DJI really dropped the ball on this one. This handle setup attaches its collar/yoke via two 3mm hex screws. And is secured by two pieces of rubber tape poorly glued inside that slip consistently, causing the collar to slip upwards and sacrifice the safety and usability of the product. The handles are also very slippery and have little to no grip. It appears these were made for aesthetics/looks to match the gimbal versus functionality. The handles also screw to the NATO rail clamps and can easily come unscrewed if shifting the weight of the gimbal or inducing a counter-clockwise motion. After tightening down the collar multiple times, re-gluing the rubber tape, I still cannot maintain a tight connection. I would only recommend this if running under 2-3lbs payload capacity, rendering the added benefits of Ronin S useless. Will be returning product.

Switch Grip is worth the price
The DJI Switch Grip dramatically improved the functionality and comfort of my Ronin S. I also attached my Ninja V to the center mount and an external mic to the hot shoe on top of one of the grips. The only downside is that the controls are out of reach when using the grips but you can reach the focus wheel.
