TB48 worth the extra flight time
To me, it's worth the extra flight time, when you're on set and theres a lot of wasted time between takes.

Double sided tape works better
I used these stickers in temperatures ranging from 15F to 30F. I couldn't get enough of them in time so on a chance I used double sided tape (the thick grey stuff with the red cover) for other sets of batteries.
The double sided tape was far superior in keeping my batteries warm in those temps. I had to bake the batteries in the floor heater get them to around 30C and I got decent performance with the double sided tape. These insulation stickers seemed to barely keep the temperatures at optimum. I was still landing by 30-40% to be safe, and DEFINITELY watch your voltage!!!
Do not trust the % completely, monitor that voltage. I had to call back a few flights early because the temps on the batteries and/or the voltage dropped fast.
I had no incidents but it was definitely a challenge and extra stress keeping an eye on these things. I was flying an M600 Pro with max payload, so your mileage may vary for other models and setups.

It's a Battery
It holds a charge a little bit longer than the stock 4900mAh battery that comes with the Inspire 1.
It's a no brainer to get this one instead of the 4900 TB47. Here are the caveats, not so much cons but things you should include in your own Flight Operator's manual if you are submitting a Section 333 exemption from FAA.
They need time to cool off after flight before recharging.
Technically you cannot bring these aboard an aircraft in carry on or checked as they exceed the maximum power rating for Li-Ion/Li-Po batteries aboard an aircraft. Never, Never check these-in, these can create an issue if they catch fire and they are unsupervised in the cargo hold.
