Overall a good product.

Overall a good product. I bought it for my boyfriend who does photography as a hobby. Great for use for time lapse, self timer, and remote shutter release. He enjoys it so far. The process of buying through Adorama was very easy. I recommend their site and products!

Works as intended, once I figured it out.

The unit I received had the instructions for a different version. The unit isn't stamped with the model version. Once I figured out the three function button wheel on the right, I could program what I wanted. I had to test the interval and exposure settings to learn how it operates, but not difficult. There is no off button, so I flip the button battery to turn it off. There is a delay when taking multiple long exposures (bulb mode). The exposure timer stated before shutter operated. The delay is consistent and can be compensated in settings. It works with my Canon 100D (SL1).

Works just fine.

I've used this remote several times now, and it seems to work just fine. It would be nice if it had a start delay, and showed the number of exposures left (I use it for astro-photography), but other than that it's okay.

This multi-function, programable intervalometer has 5 functions: Time-lapse, Long Exposure (bulb), Timed Exposures, Self-Timer and standard Remote Shutter Release.

Additionally, functions can be used in combination. For example, the unit can beset on time-lapse with the self-timer used to begin the time-lapse function at some point in the future.

Features an LCD display with back lighting and a 35" cord. Approximate 3 year battery life. Uses a CR2025 or CR2032 battery (included).
