Over the years, the Model C with CSR has established itself as a top-tier choice for manual wall or ceiling mounted screens, thanks to its innovative features and superior performance. This product, manufactured by Da-Lite, is equipped with the exclusive Controlled Screen Return (CSR) system, a standout feature that ensures a quiet, controlled retraction of the screen back into its case. This system guarantees optimal performance and smooth, consistent operation, enhancing the user experience. Please note that screens with the CSR feature must be fully extended, as there are no intermediate stopping positions.

The Model C with CSR is not just about functionality; it also offers aesthetic appeal. It comes with an optional choice of seven veneer finishes for the screen case, adding a touch of elegance to any setting. The veneer options include Honey Maple, Medium Oak, Heritage Walnut, Mahogany, Light Oak, Natural Walnut, and Cherry. Cases with Honey Maple, Light Oak, and Medium Oak finishes come standard with white end caps, while Cherry, Mahogany, Natural Walnut, and Heritage Walnut cases feature black end caps.

For added convenience, the Model C with CSR can be installed using optional Floating Mounting Brackets. These brackets allow the screen to be mounted onto wall or ceiling studs and can be aligned left or right after installation by releasing two sets of screws. The veneer finish can also be added to the Floating Mounting Bracket to ensure a consistent look with the veneer case.

The Model C with CSR screen is available in Matte White fabric up to and including 10' high, which will be seamless. Other fabric options include Video Spectra 1.5, High Contrast Matte White, and Silver Matte, available in sizes up to 8' high. The High Power fabric is available in sizes up to 9' x 12' and is seamless up to 6' high.

The High Contrast Matte White surface is designed specifically for moderate output DLP and LCD projectors. This screen surface is an excellent choice for projecting video images in environments where ambient light is moderately controlled. The gray base material and reflective top surface provide very good black levels without sacrificing the white level output. Additionally, the screen material is flame retardant and mildew resistant, ensuring durability and longevity. The viewing angle is 50° with a gain of 1.1.
