Material rugged but not thick. Over-the-shoulder strap has nice grippies on the back. Carry handle strap effective yet stays out of the way. The carry handle can be moved to the backside to act as strap to fit over roller suitcase handle. Main compartment can hold camera with lens attached and two other large lenses. Front and side pockets large enough to hold other gear. I wish the pockets had pouches for pens, but you can simply use the skinnier back pocket to hold pens and notebook (but does not have a pocket cover).

Domke makes the best bags and this one lives up to the company's reputation for quality! It's perfect for my pro DSLR, a few lenses and a flash along with enough space for extra batteries and other essentials I need in the field.

I've had Domke products before and find them tough and very useful. This bag holds my D700w/grip, 20 35 2.8, 85 1.4, 70 200. I'm very satisfied.

You will need the strap cushions they sell. This bag does get heavy with a med. format camera and assessories.
