It's a great camera bag, but wish it was slightly larger. It can fit my 70-200 lens, but barely. Just a few more inches in width/length/height would make it a perfect bag.

Great bag for my Nikon SLR camera with 24-85 lens plus strobe or 300mm lens (depending on shooting situation). Adjustable velcro protects both from bumping each other. Added protection with zippered top. Two front pockets hold extra memory cards and batteries. Deep rear pocket holds notepad, pencil, ML-L3 remote, and other misc. items. Front flap stays in place with very sturdy velcro. I also purchased the Domke FA-031 Post Office Style Shoulder Pad which takes the weight off my shoulder - a must have for me. Heavy duty - nice looking canvas bag - probably the best one I have ever had - love it!

I've spent a long time looking for the perfect photo bag for travel, day trips, and urban photography. This bag is great at all of those - it's light, reasonably waterproof (if you get the oiled canvas version), and has enough room (just) to hold my 5DII with 70-200 F4 IS attached with 1 other large accessory such as my 24-105 (with hood) and a smaller prime or a flash. It's been extremely durable - my bag is a few years old now and looks nearly new. It is on the smallish side however - if you're not good at organizing the interior it'll likely be a very tight fit. My only real complaints are that the pockets are too tight to usefully hold anything without falling out and that the side loops are only really useful with the Domke accessory pouch since they're not compatible with the belt-style attachment method everyone else uses without using a largish carabiner. All in all a great bag at a great price.

A great, sturdy bag, that most importantly isn't too wide.Being a girl, I don't want something that sticks a mile out from my hip! You can take it walking, bike riding, or out to dinner. Strap (which has rubber strips on the inside to prevent slip) can be lengthened/shortened to fit on or over the shoulder. Trimmed & resewed the top flap's Velcro on the day I received it. Very sturdy Velcro, but too loud. I spent days searching in forums and websites to find a narrow bag like this. (Yet still fits a D7000 with 18-200m lens attached, a flash unit,spare battery, cards etc, and extra point & shoot for the kids) I am so glad I found this before giving up and purchasing a different one.

Great little bag, even better and less obvious with the "DOMKE" label removed! The only hassle is sometimes opening the bag up with all that velcro--very noisy and sometimes you have to grip the thing with both hands just to get that flap undone. Maybe a few short patches of velcro would be preferable to the long, solid line of it.

This bag is perfect for my Nikon D700+ 24-70 2.8G lens, plus a camcorder, or some accessories, like batteries, CF cards, ..etc. It's very light, and stylish, perfect for walking around, casual occasion.

I love this bag for a number of reasons. First, it does not look like a camera bag, so I don't feel like I'm advertising my equipment while traveling. Second, I have put the bag through a lot, and it stands up to the challenge. I've only had the bag for a year, but I have traveled to at least 4 continents with it, putting it through flights, hikes, train rides, and rolling down sand dunes. None of the stitches have come apart, and the zipper is strong and well made. Third, I like the design of the bag with the durable canvas material, but that's a very personal choice of the look. This is not a very large bag. I normally carry my 40D with a 17-40mm, and a 70-200mm, plus my 430EXII flash. That packs the bag pretty full with the zipper bulging a little. A few minor complaints: The velcro closure is very loud, and I wish there are at least 1 zippered pocket for small things like memory cards and cleaning cloth. These things are minor, so I still gave the bag a 5-star.

This bag works perfect with my Canon 50D, one extra lens and Flash, which is all I want to carry sometimes---in a bag that doesn't look like a camera bag. Small, light and the non-slip strap is SECOND TO NONE
