Does what is supposed to do.

This strap setup does what it is supposed to do. I would not to use it all day for long hikes but for short trips it works great.

Actually Workable!

I have tried the backpack strap on both my Domke F1x and F2 that come with rings for the strap to clip on. I also tried it on my F4AF. All straps have to be attached to the shoulder strap rings on the F4AF. It seems to work well with all 3. I must admit that I have not tried it on a long-haul with a lot of equipment in the bags. Overall, it seems to do what it was intended to do--make a Domke bag easier to carry.
