DENNIS G : Do thes come with any kind of protective cover for the flash heads/ if not can you buy them extra?JILL L : They come with a plastic cover on the end of the flash heads.
In the bag, they are well-protected, so that is not an issue. The only annoying feature of the Dynalites is the long cord attached to the head.
It is a pain to roll up. I used to use Comets and the cord had to be attached to the head and it was much easier to deal with than this long unwieldy cord. That said, the dynalites are a great unit and work heartily and the box is nicely designed to fit what you need.ANDREW R : Unfortunately no, this kit does not include protective covers (though the case does have padded dividers to protect the heads in transit). Dynalite does offer the 1103 protective cover ( <a href="http://www.adorama.com/DN1103.html" target="_blank">http://www.adorama.com/DN1103.html</a> ) which should fit the MH2015 heads in this kit.
