Tolerances are a little tight, but it works fine with my Dolica ball head mount.

Works perfectly. Just like the original. I love my Dolica tripod and will be glad to use it again. I may buy another just to have a back up.

Perfect replacement for my quick release plate since my rubber grip fell off and there seems to not have been any rubber replacements from the manufacturer.

Use this ball head with my 6dii and 100-400 lens, holds up like a champ. No wiggle or drop once you get your camera set where you want it. Holds tight easy to use. I’ve seen ball heads similar to this go for much more grab this you wont be sorry

Quick, and smooth attachment for camera to tripod mount. Have attached to Sigma 150-500 telephoto lens arm. The plate has a sliding adjustment for mounting and securing the tightening screw. I had trouble keeping the screw tight while carrying the camera on the tripod. Possibly I need a heavier duty plate.

Head is good for the price, but doesn't fit a normal plate, so couldn't use this with other L plates I have. The included one is slightly wider.

I bought this as a second plate for quick changes. Very nice.

It works great with the camera and tripod. But, it will not stay aligned with my 500mm Sigma Lens. It does not fit the Pistol Grip Head that came with the tripod. It's great for the three cameras it works with.

I wanted a new ball head that would pan in all 3 directions and the Colica B103 Ball Head enables me to do exactly what I wanted.

Bought this second quick release plate so that I can use two cameras on my Dolica tripod without having to remove the plate from the cameras.

As plates go it's modest. Not one of those fancy billet machined pieces of action you see out on the racetracks, but instead a nicely cast chunk with a thumbscrew that works, and at a good price. The thumbscrew is great when you don't have tools but if you're mounting something close to the 11 lb. max weight of the Dolica ZX600B103 ballhead then you should give it a snug with a pair of pliers before being done. That's knocked a star off my rating. Otherwise I like. It's even small enough to stay out of the way of the battery hatch of my little m4/3 cameras!

This is a great tripod head. It supports my Canon T3i with a battery grip and a Heavy Tamron 17-50mm lens. The panning feature is also very nice to have on a locking ball head

The panning feature is really easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone beginner to pro.

The Dolica B103 can be used to replace a missing quick release plate or to enable the use of a second camera with the Dolica ZX600B103 tripod system. A quick release plate facilitates easy mounting and dismounting of a camera to the tripod and ball head.
