When it comes to professional photography, the Doiron Design LS220N-SR1 Off Camera Lighting System is a game-changer. Specifically designed for Nikon SB-800 Speedlights and RadioPopper, this innovative lighting system seamlessly combines the light output of two Speedlights, directing it into an umbrella or softbox for optimal lighting conditions. The LS220N-SR1 system integrates a RadioPopper PX transmitter, which is conveniently attached with Velcro onto a Nikon SU-800 commander. This setup, in its Master configuration, is mounted on the camera, ensuring full RF linked TTL control, inclusive of high-speed sync. This advanced feature eliminates the need for a line of sight between the camera and off-camera Speedlights, offering photographers greater flexibility and control. The system also includes a RadioPopper PX receiver, which easily slips into a dedicated receptacle on the LS220N-SR1. A fiber optic splitter then directs the signal from the receiver to both Speedlights, allowing for the use of one or two Speedlights as needed. Designed with versatility in mind, the LS220N-SR1 supports the use of umbrellas up to 7 feet parabolic, such as the Westcott #4632, #4633, and #4634. An included spacer ensures the Speedlights maintain the proper focal length, guaranteeing uniform light distribution when used with the Westcott parabolic umbrellas.
