The 4066's innovative design also allows for easy color change, making it adaptable to various aesthetic requirements.
The d:fine 4066 is not just about aesthetics, it also delivers exceptional sound quality. Its clean and transparent sound output, coupled with ample headroom, ensures optimal audio performance. The microphone's sensitivity is calibrated at 6 mV/Pa, perfectly matching the level of the human voice to the general input sensitivity of most wireless transmitters. When powered correctly, this microphone can handle sound pressure levels up to 144 dB SPL before any clipping occurs.
One of the standout features of the d:fine 4066 is its MMB4066 Miniature Microphone Boom. This omnidirectional microphone boom can be used separately, making it an ideal choice for applications where the headset is not required.
Understanding the challenges of theatrical applications, the d:fine 4066 is designed with a double vent protection system and a drop stopper on the microphone boom. These features, along with the use of water-resistant materials inside the microphone, make it highly resistant to humidity-related failures.
The d:fine 4066's headset surface is matte gold plated, and the earhooks are covered with a silicone hose for added comfort. With a wide range of connection adapters, this microphone is compatible with most professional wireless systems, as well as a 48 V phantom XLR connection.
Available in three colors (black, beige, brown) and three sizes (small, medium, large), the d:fine 4066 Classic Omnidirectional Headset Microphone is the preferred choice for theaters on Broadway and West End. Experience the superior sound quality and flexible design of the d:fine 4066, a testament to Adorama's commitment to delivering top-tier audio equipment.
