Over the years, the Dracast Pro Series has established itself as a staple in the professional lighting industry, favored by broadcast and film professionals for its uncompromising build quality, high light output, and compact design. This kit features the Pro Series LED1000, a 60W Tungsten LED Light Panel, boasting a 3200K tungsten color temperature. The LED1000 Pro Series Tungsten light panel, weighing just 5.5 lbs, is an optimal choice for location work, interviews, and small sets where color accuracy, control, and high-CRI light output are paramount. Its tungsten-balanced, 3200K color temperature makes this light panel an excellent companion for halogen fixtures and warmer lighting conditions. The LED1000 offers convenient dimming via a large manual control knob, allowing for light intensity adjustments from 0-100% with minimal color shift. The robust anodized aluminum frame is supported by an oversized, U-shaped yoke with locking knobs on each side and a standard 5/8" baby pin receiver. This high-output, ultra-bright 3200K color temperature light panel is perfect for interviews, studios, live streaming, video conferencing, and more. With a CRI and TLCI rating of >=95, you can expect superior light output with excellent white color rendition, free from green or pink tints. This makes it an excellent choice for YouTube, Zoom, and on-location lighting where bright, high-output lighting is essential. The Dracast Pro Series LED1000 is built with an anodized aluminum metal housing and frame for exceptional durability. It features large adjustment knobs for quick and easy manual control of both dimmer and color temperature. The kit includes a mounting yoke with a 5/8" baby pin adapter and a soft carrying case for convenient storage and transport. The DRLED1000TV Dracast Pro Series LED1000 Tungsten LED Video Light Panel with V-Mount Battery Plates comes with a Pro Series LED1000 - Tungsten 3200K LED Video Light, mounting yoke, and AC power adapter. The kit also includes a Dracast v-mount battery plate and a nylon padded soft carry case. The Dracast Pro Series lights offer onboard controls for manual dimming, allowing for smooth light output adjustments from full output to total blackout with zero dimmer stepping. Power your Pro Series panel with the included AC/DC power adapter or take it on location with battery power. The lights come with a v-mount battery plate compatible with v-mount style batteries (sold separately), providing several hours of operation on a full battery charge.

The new knobs on the light for color temperature and brightness are sturdier than previous versions.

The first time I used the pair of these I bought was on a shoot for NBC's Today Show.  I used the Dracast Silkray 600 and 800 units as the main lights and the LED 1000's to light up the background.  The 45 degree beam spread allowed me to precisely direct the light just where I wanted and with the barndoors attached I could shape the light nicely.  I love the quality and feel of these Dracast lights.  To me, they are the "next generation" of LED lighting units.  Superior build quality and should hold up under professional use.
