The Dracast Plus Series has been a cornerstone of the Dracast catalog for many years. Uncompromising build quality, high light output, and compact design has made the Dracast Plus Series an instrument of choice for professionals in the broadcast and film industries.

At just 4.0 lb, the LED500 Plus Series Daylight light panel is an ideal choice for location work, interviews, and small sets where color accuracy, control, and high-CRI light output are of major importance. Variable color temperature from 3200K-5600K means that you can quickly match the prevailing ambient or artificial light balance with a simple turn of a knob on the back of the panel.

Dimming is equally convenient via the large manual control knob that adjusts the light intensity from 0-100%, with negligible color shift. The durable anodized aluminum frame is supported by an oversized, U-shaped yoke with locking knobs on each side and a standard 5/8" (baby pin) receiver.

LED500 Plus Series Daylight LED Light from Dracast adds a digital display for adjusting output as well as RJ45 DMX input and output for linking and comes with both Gold mount and V-Mount battery plates.

Built with an anodized aluminum metal housing and frame for excellent durability. Quick and easy manual control with large adjustment knobs for 0%-100% dimming and color temperature adjustment. Includes mounting yoke with 5/8" baby pin adapter. Individual soft carrying case is included for storage and transport.

A/C and Battery Power Options
Plug Dracast lights into the wall using the included AC / DC power adapter or take your kit on location with battery power. Dracast lights include a v-mount battery plate compatible with v-mount style batteries (included with kit). Light can operate for several hours on a full battery charge.

- 90Wh Compact V-Mount Lithium Ion Rechargeable Batteries -
Designed for all V-Mount with a 14.8 VDC power requirement, this battery can also power accessories via a D-tap output. Additionally, LED indicator lights will keep your apprised of the current power level.

- Dual V-Mount Battery Charger -
Allows for simultaneously charging of two V-Mount batteries (or a single battery) from 90 to 240 VAC sources. It features a top handle for easy transport and built-in capacity management system to ensure fast charging. The charger will automatically shutdown once the batteries reach their full charge. Additionally, the charger can function as a portable AC to DC power adapter, taking the AC power input and outputting 15 VDC at 4A via a 4-pin XLR connector.

DCB Element Series cases are designed and laboratory tested for high impact resistance (ATA300), water resistance (IP67 - IEC60529), and element protection (MIL-STD-810). They are made from TSU-1 Resin which makes them stronger and more durable than standard injection molded plastic. They are high temperature and low temperature certified (IEC60068).
