I didn't realize my lights already came with these due to the way they were packaged. So I now have two sets. Nonetheless, I recommend keeping them on the lights. They tend to slide out the top when it's not upright, so I affixed a piece of clear tape on top to hold them in.

The Dracast LED500 Screen Protector is an essential accessory designed to safeguard your LED500 light's LED board from potential damage. Crafted from high-quality, transparent material, this screen protector ensures that your light's functionality and brightness remain unaffected while offering an additional layer of protection against accidental impacts, scratches, and dust.
Engineered for a perfect fit, the screen protector seamlessly integrates with your LED500 light, maintaining the sleek design and professional appearance of your equipment. The drop-in installation process is straightforward, allowing for quick and easy setup without the need for specialized tools.
Despite its durable construction, the screen protector maintains a low profile, ensuring that it does not add bulk or hinder the light's performance. It's an ideal solution for photographers and videographers who want to extend the lifespan of their lighting equipment and protect their investment.
The clear design of the screen protector not only defends against accidents but also facilitates an unobstructed view of the LED board, allowing for accurate monitoring of light intensity and settings. It's a practical and reliable addition to any lighting kit, ensuring that your Dracast LED500 light continues to operate at its best, even in demanding shooting environments.
Please note, as some users have mentioned, the screen protector may slide out when the light is not positioned upright. To ensure a secure fit, you may consider a non-invasive method of securing the protector, such as clear tape, to prevent any movement during transportation or adjustment of the light's angle.
