Not for experienced photographers- is mainly a basic photography handbook that does not really have much info specific to the 50D

The DVD's included are good material and specific to the 50D, However the book itself is generic and what is confusing to the reader is that the photo's in the book are of Nikon's. Could be confusing to a new user.

I felt the programs were very easy to follow. Had clear examples. The product had two DVD's and also included a 64 page Multimedia Workshop book. I really enjoyed the complete package and loved watching "Great Photos with your Digital SLR". Brought you back to the basics.
