I'm an AP Coordinator who receive invoices, check requests, etc daily. My stamp is used to stamp documents in daily to insure that my weekly timeline is followed per policy and procedures. However stamping documents in as you receive them is the best defense when a dispute comes up about when an invoice or document actually came across your desk. Also on a lighter note, a few of my co-workers have taken it upon themselves to stamp their onw invoices if I'm away from my desk or if I;m busy with month end closing. I love this product and have learned that for longer battery life, use duracell.

I'm an hourly consultant. I use both a time keeping program and Outlook, but when a call comes in I usually have to start taking notes immediately. I can record date and time on my journal page with this device without distracting me from the caller. I stamp again when the call is ended and I have an accurate record of billable time. It also is great when responding to emails or engaged in internet research; easier to use than invoking either Outlook or my timekeeper for unplanned activity. I recovered invoice value that otherwise would have been lost equal to its cost in the first six hours of use. I'm thinking of a second one for the car when I'm on field work. Regarding instructions, illustrations are not placed appropriately with procedure leading to frustration, but once understood they're fine.

Because of crazy govt regs the med records police are insisting on time notes and orders. I don't wear a watch. This did the trick. Now I am in compliance.

WE NEEDED TO TIME AND DATE STAMP MOUNTAINS OF PAPERWORK IN OUR OFFICE ON A DAILY BASIS AND THIS ITEM DOES THE JOB PERFECTLY.
