Great entry to lavs

Great sounding microphone. Little more self noise than something like a cos11 but still sounds excellent and is a good size for hiding. Recommend as a solid entry lav or a backup for pros.

W.Lav Pro is a decent mic and definitely worth the $

I own the Deity S-Mic 2 and have been pleased with its build quality and performance. Recently I received the W.Lav Pro to add to my audio kit I am building. I use a Sound Devices MixPre-6 recorder. When I received the W.Lav Pro, I tested it using an XLR adapter recording straight into my recorder. The mic is very sensitive, has a nice tone, and a relatively low noise floor. I think it's quite usable. I purchased it for $119 during a special promotion in January 2020.

We also made the W.Lav Pro IP57 waterproof so that no matter what you're shooting, you're covered. The IP57 rating gives it better protection from perspiration and aerosol cosmetics. This makes the W.Lav Pro ideal for outdoor shooting in wet weather.

Ready For Digital Wireless.

With new digital wireless systems, RF interference is an issue that will affect lavaliers. We added extra shielding inside the cable of the W.Lav Pro to help protect against digitally modulated RF signals that could cause you issues on your next shoot.

Impressive Build Quality
Despite the lavalier's cable diameter only being 1.8mm it takes a tension strength of 65 foot-pounds to actually snap the wire.
