Eartec HUB Interface 1 Person Full Duplex Wireless Intercom System with UltraLite Single-Ear, Double-Ear Remote Headsets and Telex Interface

HUB-INT interface systems answer the age-old challenge of how to affordably add wireless Headsets to standard wired intercoms. To meet this growing demand Eartec has engineered a software-controlled Interface module that plugs into the wired party line and then into the Eartec HUB which is a compact base station repeater. Simple control dials on the face of the Interface balance the signal levels of the wired and wireless systems creating a seamless audio link. UltraLite full duplex wireless Headsets that are programmed to the HUB are automatically added to the wired system just as if connected by a floor cable.

Eartec UltraLite Headsets provide outstanding full duplex team communication when interfaced with wired party line intercoms. Completely self-contained UltraLite do not require belt packs and provide complete freedom of movement within a 1/4 mile range. To operate UltraLite simply turn the Headsets "ON", and talk. All electronics, including transceiver, antenna and rechargeable lithium battery, are installed right inside the ear cup.

Up to eight wireless crew utilizing UltraLite Headsets can operate together on a single HUB Interface system. Since all Eartec transceivers are field programmable the standard 2-person systems are easily expandable simply by adding additional UltraLite Headsets. Operating in the non-licensed DECT band (Digital Enhanced Cordless Technology) the HUB Interface series with UltraLite will not interfere with other RF equipment such as Wi-Fi or wireless microphones.


- UltraLite Single-Ear Remote Headsets -

UltraLite Single are self-contained, full duplex wireless Headsets with one speaker. They include a flexible gooseneck microphone boom assembly that swivels 270 degrees to be worn on either left or right. Single muff Headsets are preferred by users that need to keep one ear free / open to monitor their ambient environment while communicating.

Since all UltraLite Headsets are field programmable, the base systems listed below are expandable and can even be incorporated into a HUB or Interface system to accommodate your growing needs.


- UltraLite Double-Ear Remote Headsets -

UltraLITE Double headsets provide professional pro audio performance to demanding production crews across a multitude of industries that need to talk while working with their hands.

These specialty wireless headsets feature all electronics including a compact radio built inside the ear cup. This streamlined design eliminates wires and belt packs.

In addition the systems operate without complicated base station repeaters. This means that UltraLITE Double are not only rugged and simple to use they are affordable too.

All complete UltraLITE come packaged in a softside carry case for safe storage and transport to your "On Location" jobsite.


- HUB Mini Base -

The EARTEC HUB Full Duplex Wireless Intercom System provides full duplex wireless communication to larger production staffs that need to stay in constant voice contact while working with their hands. This versatile Mini Base weighs only 9 oz. and can either be placed strategically "on location" or belt worn. When clipped comfortably to the user's waist this digital repeater moves seamlessly with your group allowing crews to talk simultaneously within a 400-yard range.

Two operating channels are built-into the HUB circuitry so that separate groups of four can talk privately, and pressing the CH button creates an eight-person conference. A dual pin jack allows addition of a wired Headsets extending the talk net to nine users.

The Modular capabilities of the HUB Mini Base provide sound solutions to complicated communication problems. When a larger talking pattern is required two separate HUB intercoms with eight users can be linked via the interface cable assembly doubling capacity to 16 full duplex transceivers. Extension cables to this interconnect of 50, 100, and 200 feet lengths are also available which allows you to separate the HUBs, stretching the range and supplying wireless signal to areas that may be difficult to reach. For example, inside heavily constructed buildings, steel enclosures, large factory / warehouse floors, or mobile broadcast production trucks etc.

Another important feature of the HUB is the dual power option: rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery and AC wall plug (both included). The HUB battery can be charged externally, is field replaceable, and also charges when installed in the HUB during operation under wall current.
