The heart of this system is the Eartec HUB, a compact repeater that enables up to 8 mobile wireless users to engage in a web chat through a computer or smartphone. This user-friendly system includes 2x UltraLite single-ear and 2x double-ear remote headsets, allowing multiple users to communicate simultaneously over a long distance.
The UltraLite headsets are self-contained units with all necessary electronics, including the transceiver, antenna, and battery, conveniently housed within the ear cup. These headsets are designed for easy operation; simply turn them on and start talking. The HUB Global Connect system interfaces with the internet via a Global Connect kit, which includes a cable assembly for smartphones and a USB with a soundcard for laptops or desktops.
Once a web chat is established via platforms like Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams, just plug in your HUB system and everyone within a 400-yard range using UltraLite wireless headsets is automatically linked to your video conference or chat. The HUB Global Connect system operates in the non-licensed DECT band (Digital Enhanced Cordless Technology), ensuring it won't interfere with other RF equipment, including WIFI.
The UltraLite Single-Ear Remote Headsets are full duplex wireless headsets with one speaker, featuring a flexible gooseneck microphone boom assembly that swivels 270 degrees for left or right wear. These headsets are ideal for users who need to keep one ear free to monitor their environment.
