Very easy to assemble and adjust while using. It's a little bulky in my shared office but is totally worth working around to have a solid, functional, ergonomic set up while working.

I've tried other different sit/stand solutions but I like this sit/stand workstation the best because the monitors are by design much closer to me than a setup like the varidesk. Also, my desktop is freed up for other things like papers, coffee, books,etc. Once I got the tension just right on the up & down movement I haven't needed to adjust it since.

I had this sit-stand desk provided for me by my company and I used it extensively during the pandemic when I was working from home full time. I left that company and loved this setup so much I bought my own! It accommodates two monitors and a deck for a keyboard and mouse and moves easily from sitting to standing with ease. It clamps on to my existing desk which was key for me. Absolutely love it!

I like the versatility of this unit. We have employees ranging in height from 5'4" to 6'2". The employees like the ease in which you can change the height and have options other than sitting all day.
