Top of the line stand for any laptop
I sometimes have difficulty getting one of the bars to lock in, but that's relatively minor. I switched over from a stand-alone laptop stand and am so glad I did.

Works well with the Ergotron arm
I added this to my workstation to hold a 16" Macbook Pro off to the side of my desk. There isn't much to this, it's just a sheet metal piece with two adjustable rods. I think it would work well with most laptops unless you have an exceptionally large or heavy one. I wish it was a little more solid. That may be because of the way it's extended on the arm. Luckily I don't type on it directly too much.
