An old favorite

I've been shooting this film for years. It was Kodak's consumer color film when consumers still used film. It's what they would have sold at the 7/11 or the souvenir shop at the zoo in 1998. It's a bit grainy compared to Ektar 100, but it has vivid colors and is very forgiving. It renders skin tones nicely, but not as well as Portra. It's a bargain in the three pack, especially when you not shooting a super serious subject or you want to experiment with a new camera or technique and not worry about making every shot count. I process it at home, and it always seems to come out well as long as the chemistry is fresh.

nice warm colors

Surprisingly nice film! Colors are on the warmer side, grain is low and it’s pretty versatile. I shot it outdoors and indoors near a window and it performed well. Will buy it again!
