I use this product for studio work. I mount it on my Eleinchrom D Lites. It will last forever since it is made out of metal. It works well and provides a nice light but it doesn't go on the strobe as easily as it should.

EL products are a little more expensive, but the quality shines through. This snoot is no exception. I use this as a hairlight and sometime for products when I want focused light.

The Elinchrom 26061 Snoot with 10½ Grid attaches to the front of any Elinchrom flash head. It consists of the #26425 Snoot, which narrows the spread of light from the flash head and the #26426 10½ grid, which narrows the spread even more. Use this for extreme light control on small areas of your subject to bring up detail and decrease the highlight-to-shadow ratio.
