Would be excellent if it wasn't so cumbersome to assemble and take down
I would give this softbox 5 stars for the lighting, but it is much to hard to put together and take down. If you have a studio where you will leave it set up, then its a nice softbox. If you want to travel with it or even just not leave it set up all the time, I'd get a softbox that is easier to assemble and take apart. I'm surprised Elinchrom can't do better.

Solid Construction, Great Product!
Excellent Octa! Build quality is superb, setup and teardown is easy, works well on my BRX 500's.

beautiful light
love it. i also have the deep octa and a small/med rectangle box from elinchrom/rotalux, they are all super nice soft boxes

Exactly what I expected.
The written instructions could be better. I haven't yet transported it so I don't know how easy or difficult that is. The quality of light is precisely what I expected. I'm delighted so far.
