The Reach RS2+ is engineered for rapid deployment, achieving a fixed solution in mere seconds. It excels in both RTK and PPK modes, offering centimeter accuracy over distances up to 60 km in RTK and 100 km in PPK. With its built-in LTE modem, the device ensures seamless connectivity with global coverage, allowing for independent access to corrections via NTRIP without relying on a phone's internet connection.
Designed for endurance, the Reach RS2+ boasts a battery life of up to 22 hours in static logging and 16 hours as an LTE rover, even in cold weather conditions. The device can be conveniently charged via USB-C using a wall charger or power bank, eliminating the need for spare batteries.
The Emlid Flow mobile app, compatible with both iOS and Android, simplifies fieldwork by managing receiver settings, data collection, coding, linework, and stakeout. All data is synchronized with the cloud-based Emlid Flow 360 service, enabling easy access and management of survey projects from any browser. The app supports a vast library of coordinate systems, including WGS84, NAD83, and GDA2020, and offers features like East-North and straight-to-line distances, cut and fill indications, and a close-up alignment mode for precise point centering.
