Elmo SUV-CAM80, Utility Video Micro Camera System with SD Recorder, 3.8mm Lens (with 3 ft cable), 2.2" LCD Screen

It goes without saying that Elmo's broad experience and technical expertise in micro camera development has contributed significantly to the unique product design of SUV-Cam.

Elmo has made the SUV cam is simple as possible in both recording and playback operations. " Quick & Easy Operation" means all main functions can be managed by only six buttons. Recording on stand-by with one-push after start-up. Then it starts with one morepush. You can easily operate the SUV cam when you are wearing gloves. "Hold" feature is provided to prevent interruption of recording by miss-handling duringintense or extreme movements.

The Playback mode is displayed first after start-up. Just scroll down the list of recorded files and select a file to play, then press one button to play the recorded file.

The separable camera head and recorder unit have been designed in a very compactpackage. It is easy to carry, with a 2.2inch TFT High resolution LCD display, headphone output and battery make it possible to view of up to two hours of recorded audio and video "whenever" or "wherever" you like.

By adopting an SD card*1 for the recording media the SUV Cam's recorded data is easily transported and transferred to other media via PC. When teh Sd card is inserted/ into a PC, the recorded data can run on Windows Media Player etc. No cumbersome exclusive software is needed. The recorded images can be output to a large scale display or a projector via video output terminal to enjoy sharing them with everybody.

Performance can be mounted where it's difficult or impractical for conventional video cameras to be used. Two types of camera cables are available. The standard lens realizes 36.5mm in wide angle of view at 35mm film camera conversion. Optional lenses 6.0mm (57.7mm) and 8.0mm (76.9mm) are available (at 35mm film camera conversion).

Elmo makes portability of recording data simple by using an SD card for data storage. Quick playback is enabled by simply inserting the SD card into a PC or card reader slot. It's also easy to make a copy to other media like a CD-R.
