Revised from the ground up, the Connoisseur Series features the pure musical sound that made Energy speakers famous among audiophiles. The primary modification comes in the form of the proprietary Convergent Source Module. The incorporation of our patented Ribbed Elliptical Surrounds allows the drivers to perform with lower distortion and increases the piston area for increased air movement. And the final touch is front baffles that are hand-painted and -sanded in a seven-layer process of polyester gloss, then polished to a lustrous finish, to show we care about more than just one of the five senses.
