I purchased this for my 5DmkIV. The kit said it had the protector for the rear screen and top LCD, however it had two rear screens (which is great, since they stopped producing the top protectors due to impossible fit, this is a good alternative). And I got it at a time of deep-discount, so certainly cannot complain! 
The rear screen protector fit well, though took a couple of tries to get it centered and bubble-free, not perfect but acceptable. It does change the gloss level but when the screen is illuminated it looks fine. The touch screen works normally. 
The kit I got was most definitely flexible plastic film and not glass, and there is about 1mm clearance around the edges. This may prove to lift up or gather dust, time will tell. Should offer ok protection till then.
