I get the Box in it looks like it was a pre open box that you got shipped to me. I put it together by what you call instructions. I get a fully assembled and now anytime I look through at the Moon all it looks like as a cloud it does not focus whatsoever. I think I'm missing one of the lenses I've already contacted you guys once and you're telling me I have to contact the manufacturer.
