Unlike standard matte white screens that can present a washed-out image under normal lighting conditions, the Kestrel Tab-Tension CLR screen delivers a vibrant, TV-like brightness at the touch of a button, regardless of whether the lights are on or off. Constructed with StarBright CLR material in a tab-tensioned format, this screen ensures a taut and flat projection surface, ideal for Ultra Short Throw Projectors. The material absorbs up to 95% of overhead lighting, providing a 100x contrast enhancement over standard projector screens. The multi-layered optical microstructures filter out ambient light, concentrating the projected light back to the viewer for superior image brightness and performance. The screen is further enhanced with black borders on all sides to boost perceived contrast, delivering lifelike image performance with superb color fidelity, contrast, and dynamic black/white range.
