Adorama and the AV.io saved the shoot!

Started on a Wednesday, I received a project: Document an operation in the surgery suite. I was making all the arrangements, patient releases, flights, etc. Patients were scheduled for Friday on the East Coast, I am on the West. The doctor sent a photo of the equipment connections, and I was searching for the equipment to record the scope, while I had a Camera on the patient. Found the AV.io Video Grabber, but was having trouble finding one with the right connection, to send overnight to the Hotel while I was flying on Thursday. At 3:00 pm Pacific found one on Amazon, but as I placed the order, shipping was closed, and I could not get it. My team found one on Adorama, I called and they were able to ship the AV.io unit and cables, which arrived at the hotel, and we were able to get the shots. Worked perfectly. Really impressed with Customer service. I am now a loyal Adorama Customer.
