Substandard Customer Support

The screen looks nice and performed well... for about 3 months. After approximately 100 operations one of the limit switches stopped working and the screen advanced too far. Elite Screens honored the warranty and shipped a replacement relatively fast, but of course they don't offer any assistance in removal of the screen and installation of the replacement screen. BTW, installation of the screen is rather painful, considering the relatively narrow space available to place the hardware and fasten the screen in place. While the shipment of the replacement screen was relatively fast (approximately two weeks), the not-working screen needs to be shipped back. And here starts the nightmare - the huge box sits on a pallet in the hallway for the last four weeks. The ELITE representative stopped responding to inquiries about the pick up and cannot be reached on the phone. I don't recommend this product: difficult installation, failed limit switches, substandard customer support.

The Evanesce Tab-Tension B features our premium CineWhite front projection material, ensuring a crisp, clear viewing experience. The tab-tensioned system guarantees uniform flatness across the entire surface, eliminating any tab impressions and providing a smooth, uninterrupted viewing surface. With this projector screen, your images will burst with life and videos will display in their true colors.

The screen material boasts a 180-degree wide-viewing angle and 1.1 gain, making it perfect for 4K Ultra HD, Active 3D, and HDR viewing. The tab-tension cords ensure a uniformly flat projection surface, while the black-backing and black masking borders enhance the perceived brightness and colors of on-screen images.

Designed for both below and above ceiling access installation, the Evanesce Tab-Tension B is the perfect solution for multi-use rooms. Its aluminum housing with a sleek white finish (RAL9003) is not only slim and stylish but also strong and moisture-resistant. This integrated ceiling projection screen arrives fully assembled and ready to install, with an installation kit included for your convenience.

The Evanesce Tab-Tension B comes equipped with an internal Radio Frequency/Infrared receiver system, complete with IR and RF remotes. A low voltage 3-way wall switch and in-wall RJ45 module are included, and a standard 5-12 volt trigger synchronizes screen operation with the projector's power cycle. The RJ45 port allows for easy integration with 3rd party control systems.
