This spotlight outshines many conventional 650W and 1000W ellipsoidal spotlights, delivering an even brighter light with its 575W output. It offers the flexibility of multiple HPL lamp options and interchangeable lenses, ensuring optimal lighting for any situation. Constructed with rugged die-cast aluminum, this spotlight is built to last. It features 20-gauge stainless steel shutters in a bi-plane assembly, ensuring precise light control. The interchangeable lens tubes with smooth-running Teflon guides provide three user-fit field angle options, allowing for versatile lighting adjustments. The Source Four Junior Spotlight is designed with high-impact, thermally insulated knobs and shutter handles for safe and easy operation. It also includes two accessory slots and a top-mounted gel frame retainer for added functionality. The steel yoke with two mounting positions and a positive locking, hand-operated yoke clutch ensures secure and flexible positioning. This spotlight supports ETC's Dimmer Doubling technology and features high-temperature 3-conductor 36" leads in a glass fiber outer sleeve. The HPL lamp, a compact tungsten filament contained in a krypton-filled quartz envelope, is housed in an integral die-cast aluminum heat sink lamp base for optimal heat management. The optimized optical system ensures efficient photometric performance. The projector-quality, high contrast aspheric lens, coupled with a faceted borosilicate reflector with dichroic cold mirror coating, removes over 90% of infrared radiation (heat) and reflects over 95% of visible light for superior lighting quality. The reflector is secured with anti-vibration shock mounts, and the tool-free, positive locking X, Y, and Z lamp centering adjustments remain unaffected by relamping. This allows for a beam edge that is continually adjustable from hard to soft, providing precise control over your lighting environment.
