I purchased two of these cards and one arrived DOA. I contacted customer support and they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use Adorama again! As far as the video card. The other one is working excellent and replacement card is on the way.

I received this card and went to install the drivers and it would not install them, but after a little delete and reinstall 3 times it is working perfect. Just go slow and you will not be sorry for your purchase.everything runs GREAT!!!! Very Happy with this card.
