Black Fingerprint Powder has long been a mainstay in latent print development and is applicable to users at all levels of experience. Black Fingerprint Powder is typically used on non-porous light-colored surfaces. White backing cards should be used to provide a sharp contrast with the resulting black ridge detail. NOTE: To prevent clumping, our powders include a desiccant canister inside each jar with a capacity for absorbing moisture.
