Electric Guitar in Oxblood is a purebred music-making powerhouse, crafted for musicians who demand stunning style, colossal sound, and high-speed playability. This exceptional instrument features a basswood body with an elegantly arched top, complemented by a robust graphite-reinforced bolt-on quartersawn baked maple neck. Designed to Eddie Van Halen's exacting specifications, the neck boasts a hand-rubbed satin urethane finish on the back, ensuring a smooth and comfortable playing experience.Engineered for high performance, energetic riffing, and blazing leads, the guitar is equipped with a 12"-16" compound radius baked maple fingerboard, featuring 22 jumbo frets and classic black dot inlays. The innovative spoke wheel truss rod adjustment, conveniently located at the base of the neck, simplifies neck adjustments, allowing for precise setup and maintenance.At the heart of its dynamic sound are the custom-designed EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbucking pickups, mounted directly to the body. These pickups deliver articulate voicing and endless sustain, perfect for powerful chords and expressive melody lines. The guitar's EVH compensated bridge and tailpiece, complete with fine tuners, ensure rock-solid tuning stability and intonation.For seamless volume control, the guitar is equipped with a 500K EVH Bourns low friction pot featuring a treble bleed circuit, allowing for smooth volume swells. Additionally, the tone control knob is fitted with a 250K Bourns high friction tone pot, preventing accidental tone shifts during performance. The EVH Wolfgang Special T.O.M. is available in a striking Oxblood finish with gold hardware, as well as Gloss Black and Husk White with black hardware, offering a choice of aesthetics to suit any player's style.
