The speaker comes with a unique and innovative mounting system from Electro-Voice, designed to make every installation quick, simple, and reliable. This system allows for 90 degrees of horizontal rotation and 45 degrees of vertical rotation, making it easy to install on walls and ceilings.

The EVID-S4.2T is equipped with a 15 W transformer, offering a selection of 3.7 W (70 V only), 7.5 W, or 15 W delivered to the speaker system using either 70 V or 100 V lines. The selection is made via a Euroblock connector on the input panel located on the rear of the speaker.

Engineered to resist outdoor environments without compromising indoor performance, the EVID-S4.2T is IP54 rated. Its weather-proofing is complemented by an exceptional cabinet and grille resistance against sun, salt, and moisture.

Available in black or white, all EVID-S models can be easily painted to match any decor. Transformer versions are also available for constant voltage systems. The wide range of EVID surface mount speakers is designed to work together as a complete system in various surface mount constructions, and can be used in combination with other EVID ceiling and in-wall speakers.
